Urban Burma
About us
Siri Tan opened the first Burmese restaurant in Colorado in 2019 with his brother Martin.
They are excited to share the taste and flavors of their home country with their Denver neighbors. In Asia, it is common to invite your neighbors over for a meal, and they hope that you'll come by and visit. Almost any dish can be made vegan or vegetarian upon request!
Also we just got a food truck! We will be announcing our pop up dates via Instagram.
We are a food stall (think indoor food truck) in an international food hall, surrounded by other awesome immigrant and refugee owned eateries. We have everything from noodles to curries and yummy tea leaf salad.
